A seasoned investment banker with an experience of more than two decades, Mr. Santosh Banerjee started Wealthiest 24 in 2011 to manage investment capital on behalf of a group of institutional investors, focusing on corporate restructuring, leveraged buyouts, and taking minority positions in growth-oriented companies. With specialization in private equity, debt fund syndication, and mergers & acquisitions, Santosh has successfully executed several mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions across various countries with deal values in excess of US$ 6 billion. Santosh has transaction experience across a range of sectors, including consumer & retail, commercial real estate, natural resources oil & gas, manufacturing, high-growth investment projects, agri-business, infrastructure, and energy sector. Santosh’s ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, in-depth knowledge of deal structuring and closing principles, strong networking skills, impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events, and strong financial modeling skills, make him a seasoned investment banker customizing each deal to enhance wealth creation of the related stakeholders. Santosh has a BBA in Financial Management from IP University, Delhi, and has attended several national and global workshops in Investment Markets and Portfolio Management. He is the founding member and managing director of Wealthiest 24.
